1. Free Initial Consultation:

We offer a free initial consultation of up to 10 minutes for new clients. This consultation aims to assess your needs and recommend an appropriate treatment plan.
The free consultation does not include any physical treatment.
This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or altered at the discretion of the clinic’s therapists.

2. Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Appointments must be booked in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Missed appointments without adequate notice will be charged at the full appointment rate.

3. Fees and Payments:

All fees for services provided beyond the initial free consultation will be communicated to you prior to your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.

4. Treatment Consent:

Consent for treatment must be given prior to the commencement of any physiotherapy services.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by the client.

We are not liable for any personal injury or loss of property while on clinic premises.

Changes to treatment plans or fees will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
